Eloise Schmitz is Senior Vice President Strategic Planning for Charter Communications Inc. Ms. Schmitz manages Charter's capital formation activities including equity and debt placements as well as the Company's strategic acquisition and divestiture activities. Other key duties include long-term strategic planning and management of Charter's relationships with lenders debt holders and rating agencies.
Ms. Schmitz joined Charter in July 1998 as Vice President Finance and Acquisitions. Altogether she has more than 19 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic planning. Prior to joining Charter Ms. Schmitz was Vice President Group Manager of the Franchise and Communications Group for Mercantile Bank now US Bank in St. Louis. There she was responsible for initiating structuring and arranging leverage-acquisition debt facilities for companies in the telecommunications and media industries. Before that she served as a corporate banker at First Union for five years. Ms. Schmitz holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Tulane University. |
