Her expertise is in establishing an image, sourcing creative and production suppliers, negotiating contracts, creating budgets, and managing the print production process. Elspeth also provides creative critiques, develops new creative directions, and consults with management on creative initiatives, production staffing, and objectives. Before starting her own consulting business, Elspeth was employed by Williams-Sonoma and Sunset Magazine.
