Emily Pera concentrates her practice on employment litigation, with a focus on Title VII, ADA, ADEA and state law discrimination cases.
Earlier in her career she served as a Sales Analyst in the Private Client Department for Banc of America Securities, LLC in San Francisco, California.
Emily is admitted to practice in Tennessee state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Memphis Bar Association. She is a graduate of Memphis' Leadership Academy Fellows Program and serves on the Executive Committee of Young Adult Le Bonheur Leaders, an internationally-recognized children's hospital.
During law school she was a member of the Hastings Law Journal.
