Emily oversees the areas of Credit, Marketing Sciences and SAS programming.
She and her team work with several different types of clients including major financial and credit institutions, market research suppliers, leaders within the consumer packaged goods industry, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing companies. She believes in partnering with both clients and candidates to develop a deep understanding of the needs and wants of both parties. Emily has a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Before joining SHA in 2004, she was a Process Engineer for General Electric and a Product Marketing Specialist for Rogers Corporation, a specialty materials company with offices worldwide. The best part of her job is when she receives a thank-you from a candidate who is excited about a new job and a thank-you from the client who cant wait to bring that candidate on board. Emily has always been interested in helping individuals find new opportunities and matching up like-minded people. She feels that becoming a part of the Smith Hanley team was one of the best decisions she has ever made. |
