In 1995, Emily utilized her vast law theory and became an Executive Search Recruiter for one of the top Executive Search Firms in NYC. In 1998, Emily relocated to Florida with her family, and has been a member of DMR Global, Inc. since. Through dedication, results and success, Emily progressed through the organization from a Senior Account Executive, Director of Recruiting, and in 2006, was promoted to Vice President of Recruiting and Career Counseling. In addition to managing a recruiting team, her strength is intensely qualifying potential candidates and assuring their industry experience, and personal characteristics, parallels our client's requirements.
