Emmerson Ward is an MSBA Board Certified Real Property specialist who focuses his practice on commercial real estate and residential development-including sales, acquisitions, zoning and land use on both a regional and national scale. Emmerson also assists clients in commercial, office and retail leasing. He has experience in hotel transactions, retail shopping centers and common interest communities.
Emmerson is the author of "Sovereignty Revisited: The Dilemma with State Jurisdiction Over Nonmember Indians," which was published in the Hamline Law Review in 2001 and "Removal of Tenant Improvements: Don�t Forget the Clause. Plan Ahead; Avoid Disputes," which appeared in the April 2003 issue of the Minnesota Real Estate Journal.
