Representative Experience
Bond counsel for Ohio�s first new community authority public offering to be structured without a developer letter of credit (used to finance infrastructure improvements such as roads, water, sewer, etc.)
Bond and special counsel for numerous economic development matters, including tax increment financing, joint enterprise development districts, enterprise zones, and community reinvestment area
Counsel to economic development entities such as community improvement corporations, new community authorities, regional planning commissions, and port authorities on general, economic development and financing matters
Bond and underwriter's counsel for general obligation, public purpose revenue bond and note financings for municipalities, school districts and other political subdivisions
Serves as bond, underwriter's and disclosure counsel for both tax-exempt and taxable port authority bond fund programs and development transactions
