* Working in Eastern Europe since 1994, eleventh year working in Ukraine. Past 3-term board member for the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and Head of the IT committee;

* Over twenty years working in the IT industry beginning as a programmer for a large bank data processing center (BankOne);

* Twelve years of experience with distributed software development beginning with Russia;

* Bachelors in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
