Mr. Gilioli is a partner of Curtis London and is based in the Firm�s Milan office. Mr. Gilioli represents foreign companies doing business in Italy, particularly from the United States, Scandinavia and Japan. Mr. Gilioli concentrates in international corporate and commercial matters, including corporate acquisitions and restructurings, infrastructure and public contracts, employment and severance matters, and the negotiating and drafting of a wide range of commercial contracts. Mr. Gilioli is the author of the chapter on Italy in Jordans� International Corporate Procedures. He has extensive experience in the full range of commercial litigation matters, including unfair competition, intellectual property and trade secrets, disputes regarding infrastructure and other public projects, products liability, and litigations arising from the termination of distribution and employment agreements. Mr. Gilioli is fluent in Italian and English.
