Enrique A. Monagas is an associate in the San Francisco office of Folger Levin & Kahn LLP, focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. While in law school, Mr. Monagas was an extern law clerk for Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
