Mr. Eric B. Janofsky joined Marvell in 2000 as general patent counsel and was promoted to vice president of Intellectual Property in 2004. Prior to joining Marvell, Mr. Janofsky worked for Epson Research and Development as patent counsel from 1993 1995, and as general patent counsel from 1995 2000. In addition, Mr. Janofsky was a patent attorney for Cohen, Pontani, Lieberman, and Pavane, as well as for Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper, and Scinto. Mr. Janofsky holds senior member status with the IEEE. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Inns of Court, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Silicon Valley Intellectual Property Law Association. Mr. Janofsky holds a JD from St. John�s University School of Law, and is a member of the bar in California, New York, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, and with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Janofsky also holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He also holds a Master of Science in Management from Polytechnic Institute of New York. |
