Eric D. Bolander is a member of the Real Estate team in the firm's Milwaukee office. Eric represents clients in a wide variety of real estate matters, including buying, selling, leasing and exchanging retail, office, industrial and multi-family projects. In addition, Eric assists client in construction and development matters. Eric also represents lenders in commercial real estate loans, as well as property owners in obtaining financing for projects. He has also assisted clients and lenders with tax credit financing matters. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Eric was an associate in a law firm in Chicago. He earned his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa and his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law. Eric is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Bar Association.
