Eric became affiliated with Solenture in 2002 and helps his clients meet both their personal and professional needs. As a director in Solenture's Private Client Services Group in the metro New York, New Jersey area, Eric provides creative solutions for high net work individuals. He also develops health and welfare and executive benefit strategies to meet their business needs. Based on this experience and knowledge, Eric is a frequent speaker on estate planning and business succession issues. Previously, Eric owned and operated his own financial services business. He also spent a number of years practicing as a corporate and securities attorney at two law firms Bracewell & Patterson in Houston, Texas, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York. Eric received a B.A. in history from Duke University and a law degree from University of the Pacific�s McGeorge School of Law. He is a member of the Bar Association in California, Texas and New York, and earned Series 7 (General Securities) and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State License) securities licenses. In addition, Eric holds life and health insurance licenses in a number of states. |
