Eric Paulsrud represents clients in state, federal and international trademark matters, e-commerce transactions, copyright matters, licensing and complex transactions in these areas. He has extensive experience in all aspects of trademark work including registration of trademarks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, individual state trademark offices and international trademark protection.
Prior to practicing law, Eric graduated first in his class from Hamline University School of Law and spent two years clerking for a judge on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
