Mr. Le Dain joined Enerplus Resources Fund as Vice President of Marketing in September of 2006. Mr. Le Dain brings over 20 years of experience in engineering, operations, business development and marketing.
Mr. Le Dain worked at UBS Commodities Canada Ltd. for the past four years, most recently as Executive Director responsible for business development related to natural gas, power, and crude oil physical and financial assets. Prior to UBS, Mr Le Dain worked with Enron Canada Corp. in energy marketing and power plant development, ultimately assuming responsibility for wholesale natural gas marketing across Canada. Mr. Le Dain worked for nine years at Shell Canada Limited in operations engineering, oil sands development and natural gas marketing. He began his career at Husky Oil Operations Ltd. as a project engineer with the Bi-Provincial Upgrader project.
Mr. Le Dain holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Mechanical Engineering) degree from Queen's University, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary. |
