Mr. Finegan is responsible for regulatory affairs, corporate quality and intellectual property. Mr. Finegan joined the Company in 1994 as a software engineer after holding various software-engineering positions in the defense and securities industries, and worked in that capacity until 1997. He is the company Regulatory Affairs and Privacy representative to NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association).
Mr. Finegan is well known in the industry as the author and publisher of the industry web page, PACSpage: PACS/DICOM/Teleradiology Resource Page, honored by Diagnostic Imaging Magazine as the most informative and useful web page in the industry (1997 - 1998). He is a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), and member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) and the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS). He is also the author of a number of trade journal articles on the impact of the Year 2000 and PACS/Telemedicine on the healthcare industry. Mr. Finegan holds a B.S. degree in Operations Research and an M.S. in Computer Science from Polytechnic University/Brooklyn Polytechnic. |
