After serving as interim Chief Executive Officer since December 19, 2005, Mr. Kufel was appointed to Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company effective February 14, 2006. Mr. Kufel previously served as Chairman of the Board from August 2004 until February 2006. From August 2004 to August 2005, Mr. Kufel served as Chief Executive Officer of Cashflow Technologies, Inc. Mr. Kufel served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company since February 1997. From November 1995 to January 1997, Mr. Kufel was Senior Brand Manager at The Dial Corporation and was responsible for the operating results of Purex Laundry Detergent. From June 1995 to November 1995, Mr. Kufel was Senior Brand Manager for The Coca-Cola Company where he was responsible for the marketing and development of Minute Maid products. From November 1994 to June 1995, Mr. Kufel was Brand Manager for The Coca-Cola Company, and from June 1994 to November 1994, Mr. Kufel was Assistant Brand Manager for The Coca-Cola Company. From January 1993 to June 1994, Mr. Kufel was responsible for introducing the Healthy Choice line of cereal and executing the marketing plan for Kellogg's Frosted Flakes at The Kellogg Company.
