Eric Skytte focuses his practice on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and finance and securities law. Eric has experience in counseling clients in all aspects of corporate formation, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing and other complex transactions. His transaction experience includes cross-border mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property licensing. Prior to joining the firm, Eric served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul A. Magnuson, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. He has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine.
