Eric Moser is a partner in the Global Corporate Finance Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP's Finance Business Unit, resident in the New York office.
Mr. Moser has represented issuers, underwriters, lenders and agents in domestic and cross-border financial transactions, including cross-border telecommunications project financings and satellite communication system financings and domestic and cross-border workouts and restructurings. Since 1997, Mr. Moser's work has focused on cash-flow and market-value collateralized loan obligation funds (CLOs), securitizations of financial assets (including rights under swap and derivative contracts and litigation receivables) and other structured transactions.
Mr. Moser received his B.A. degree from Wittenberg University and his J.D. and LL.M. (Foreign and International Law) degrees from the Duke University School of Law. Mr. Moser is a member of the American Bar Association. |
