Prior to co-founding Plextronics, Mr. Boughner was an associate with Draper Triangle Ventures, a position in which he evaluated new business ideas, and worked with the fund's portfolio companies on strategic, marketing and financial issues. Before joining Draper Triangle, he was one of the founding members of the Emerging Markets business unit at BNP Capital Markets. In that role he integrated all aspects of the operation into various business units of the bank and established relationships with multiple financial institutions. Before joining BNP, Mr. Boughner was an international equity trader with The Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Boughner holds a B.S. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University, and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University. |
