Mr. Dodd, President/CEO, has over 16 years diversified professional experience in the industrial hygiene, environmental engineering and design, emergency response, remedial construction, excavation and site utility installation industries for both the private and government sectors. Prior to founding Summit Contracting, Mr. Dodd was responsible for the administration and operations of a $25 million nationwide environmental services provider. Mr. Dodd has served in the capacity of Project Administrator, Project Manager, or Incident Commander on over $250 million worth of environmental and construction operations in both the private and government sectors.Mr. Dodd has successfully designed, implemented or organized over 6,000 projects ranging from RIFS studies and civil excavation projects to over $25 million in remediation and hazardous waste removal actions. Mr. Dodd has overseen operations in over 38 states and Puerto Rico. These projects included various phases of remediation and design, regulatory management, and total project administration involving various critical path tracking systems and overall fiscal management. Mr. Dodd�s technical expertise includes over 1,000 hours of advanced training including AHERA, NIOSH, NFPA, OSHA, Advanced Chemistry, field management in both qualitative and quantitative analytical monitoring situations and several hundred hours of advanced emergency response operations involving several state agencies, USEPA, ORSANCO, U.S. Coast Guard, FEMA, Federal Fish & Wildlife, and the U.S. Forest Service.
