Eric Kuo was promoted to president of Fairchild Semiconductor, Asia Pacific in October 2003. In this role, he is responsible for Fairchild?s operations and developments in Asia Pacific, with a specific focus on Greater China. Under his leadership, Asia Pacific has emerged as Fairchild?s largest sales region.
Kuo has worked in the semiconductor industry since 1977in various sales and sales marketing management positions.
Kuo was awarded a BSc in Management from National Chung Hsin University in Taiwan and holds an MBA from the Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He speaks fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
