Eric Lan is the Vice President of Engineering and is responsible for the development and delivery of solutions to Success Metrics' customers. Prior to joining Success Metrics, Eric served as Senior Vice President of Products at E.piphany, managing over 200 engineers and overseeing all of E.piphany's products including the Analytic Service and CRM offerings. Prior to that, Eric served in similar roles at eConvergent and Remedy Corporation where he developed expertise in CRM and hosted solutions. Eric also served Hyperion Software as Vice President and Chief Architect, where he managed the product direction and developed the Essbase architecture and product. Eric also has experience at Oracle and Computer Associates, and has an MS in Computer Science from Indiana University and a BS in Computer Science from Tamkang University in Taiwan. |
