Eric Mendelsohn joined Emeritus as Director of Real estate and Legal Affairs in February of 2006 and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Corporate Development in August of 2007. He is currently responsible for the acquisition, development and financing of new and existing Emeritus buildings. Mr. Mendelsohn has 20 years of experience in real estate and related financing and is a member of the Bar in both Washington State and Florida. Prior to joining Emeritus he served as a Transaction Officer for the University of Washington where he managed the acquisition, leasing and financing of healthcare properties for the School of Medicine as well as other property needs for University clients. |
