I was nervous about joining a larger company, but Skender immediately made me a part of their team. From the orientation on my first day to the quarterly company meetings, I feel well informed of every facet of the company�s business. Working my way from Union Carpenter to Cost Analyst, and now Carpentry Manager has been an unconventional path, but Skender has put the knowledge I have gained from working in the field combined with my college background to good use. My first year at Skender has been exciting and I look forward to many more. |
