Mr. Reading has served the company in various capacities both in Washington and overseas. With experience in economic growth, infrastructure, democratic governance, and institutional strengthening, he brings a range of technical expertise in international development. As chief of party in post-war Kosovo and deputy chief of party in Egypt he led programs to improve public utility management, and conducted numerous short-term assignments in finance, infrastructure, and local governance worldwide. Mr. Reading founded and previously led the firm�s working group on local development, which included political scientists, urban planners, economists, sociologists, lawyers, public administrators, engineers, and environmental scientists. |
