Eric Salveson joined Johnson Capital as Senior Vice President with over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. Eric will be advising commercial real estate owners, developers, and investors in the placement of both debt and equity financing including permanent, bridge, construction and mezzanine loans as well as equity/joint venture financing. Salveson started his career in 1971 with the Ralph C. Sutro Company. His last position was Director of Capital Markets for East West Bank in Pasadena. Prior to this position he was previously with American Property Financing (APF) running the Los Angeles office. He held similar management and production positions with AMI Inc., Mellon Financial, a division Mellon Bank, Metmore Financial, part of MetLife Insurance Company. Salveson received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. |
