Upon graduating with a B.A. in History from Sonoma State University, Eric worked his way from the computer information service to the healthcare recruitment field. "I wanted an opportunity to establish a more personal relationship with the voice on the other end of the line."In his 10+ years as a recruiter with ENSEARCH, Eric has contacted just about every Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the country and has a firm grasp on the everyday occurrences within the Neonatal field His primary goal is to establish relationships with candidates and clients as he prides himself on the caring and understanding of their needs and desires. Healthcare runs prominently in his family, as his father is an Oncologist in Carmel, California. When not at work, Eric enjoys time with his wife, Charlotte and their twin (4/20/06) sons Caleb & Elijah. He also enjoys excelling in his culinary skills and is an avid sports fan.
