Tenure with Crosland: Since 2003 Professional Experience As Land Development Manager, Eric establishes and coordinates project budgets and schedules, oversees engineering design and secures regulatory approvals for residential land development. He coordinates design, budget, and schedule for installation of all entry and site landscaping, swim clubs, and any additional site amenities.
