Prior to joining RecycleBank, Eric was a design director at Converse, the billion dollar footwear and apparel brand owned by Nike Inc. At Converse, he led the visual direction for the Dwayne Wade franchise, the innovative Revolution footwear technology platform, and the Converse Century platform, strategically connecting the heritage of the Converse brand with its' future. Eric also worked as a creative and art director for Digitas and Ryan Partnership, two award-winning advertising and promotional agencies in New York City and Connecticut. During his tenure, he managed the strategic creative direction for accounts such as American Express including their highly successful launch of the IN NYC card. He was awarded multiple Graphis Design Awards for his work on the AMEX Blue campaign. Other major accounts included AOL, Heineken, and Nestle Waters. As a college grad, Eric founded and oversaw Fatsauce Studios, a full service design firm. At Fatsauce, he led client initiatives from strategic planning to interactive to offline design. His specialties included identity development and corporate branding highlighted by the successful launch of the Lending Tree Corporation. Eric earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. |
