Eric Suddith is Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, he focuses on creating high-quality, value-added programs aimed at achieving long-term success for both Internap and its employees. Suddith will continue to drive improvements in the areas of employee/labor relations, employee development, leadership effectiveness, recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee satisfaction, rewards and recognition, as well as internal communications.
Previously, Suddith was Vice President of Operations where he was responsible for Customer Implementation, Network Operations, Data Center Operations and the company's Network Operations Centers. Prior to joining Internap, he served as Vice President of Network Engineering and Planning at USLEC. Prior to that, Suddith was with AT&T for 15 years where he held various leadership positions. He provided strong leadership managing network operations, field engineering, product management as well as domestic and international business customer care organizations. He also led the transition of AT&T's international customer care joint venture with British Telecom, forming Concert.
Suddith earned his bachelor's degree in Business and his MBA from Liberty University. Suddith has continued his education in executive programs at Wake Forest University, University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business, and University of Wisconsin School of Engineering as well as an International Executive Exchange Studies Program in Russia.
Suddith has been honored with several marketing awards including the ADDYS Award of Excellence. The Society for Technical Communications also honored him with an Award of Merit. Suddith served proudly in the United States Air Force as a Navigation Systems Electronics Engineer. |
