Eric is charged with helping customers to see the real-world benefits of text analytics for their individual companies and works with leading insurance and consumer companies to analyze their unstructured data everyday. Eric started his career as an engineer at SoftSolutions, a document management company. From there, he joined Deloitte & Touche where he led large scale IT projects. Eric also led Novell's NetWare's product line and successfully launched their small business initiative. He was a Managing Partner at Blain Olsen White Gurr, a high-tech marketing and advertising agency, where he led their Web Marketing Services business for consumer companies. Eric serves as an adjunct instructor in the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University where he teaches a class on Integrated Marketing Communications and Promotion Management. Eric holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University, and an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University. |
