Erica Feynman Aisner is a 1999 graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Ms. Feynman Aisner is also a 2002 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law. At Hofstra, Ms. Feynman Aisner was a member of the 2002 Conrad B. Duberstein Bankruptcy Law Moot Court Competition team. Ms. Feynman Aisner is currently an assistant adjunct professor at Hofstra Law School and recently coached the 2005 Conrad B. Duberstein Bankruptcy Law Moot Court Competition team to a third place finish in the National Competition. Ms. Feynman Aisner has experience in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate and landlord-tenant law. She is admitted to practice in the courts for the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association. Ms Feynman Aisner is co-chair of the Corporate and Commercial Law Committee of the Westchester Women's Bar Association. |
