Erica N. Finnegan focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation, corporate litigation, and labor and employment matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Finnegan was a litigation associate at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP in Wilmington, Delaware from 2000 - 2005. Immediately after her graduation from law school, Ms. Finnegan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn Berger of the Supreme Court of Delaware. Ms. Finnegan obtained her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1999, where she served as a member of the American Criminal Law Review (1998-1999) and the Family Opportunity Clinic (1998). Prior to entering law school. Ms. Finnegan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in 1996 from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. Ms. Finnegan is a member of the American Bar Association, Delaware State Bar Association, and the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court. She previously served as an associate member of the Delaware Board of Bar Examiners and chair of the DSBA New Lawyer�s Section Summer Associate Judiciary Program. Ms. Finnegan is a graduate of the Leadership Delaware Program sponsored by the Delaware Association of Nonprofit Agencies and serves on the board of a local nonprofit organization. |
