Ms. Evans focuses primarily on middle market mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. She has analyzed companies operating in a variety of industries such as capital goods, consumer products, information technology, metals processing and specialty materials.
Prior to joining Western Reserve Partners full-time, Ms. Evans completed an internship with the firm in the summer of 2007. During this time, her work centered primarily on middle market mergers and acquisitions of companies operating in industrial markets. Ms. Evans has also interned with Milano Weiser, a law firm in Rocky River, Ohio.
Ms. Evans was graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University. She majored in Finance and Business Pre-Law. While at Ohio University, Ms. Evans was Vice-Chairperson of the Center for Student Legal Services, a law office established to represent students in legal matters in Athens County. She was also involved with Students Defending Students, a student-run organization dedicated to assisting students in university judiciaries proceedings. Ms. Evans is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society and Phi Gamma Nu Professional Business Fraternity . |
