Erin also has developed strong skills in human resources and finance. Prior to joining HNH Partners, she spent two years conducting search assignments as Pinnacle Group Associates, LLC, a firm she founded in 2001. Before starting her own firm, Erin worked for Columbia Consulting Group as a research associate for 3 years. Before entering the recruiting industry, Erin owned and managed a childcare business. |
