Erin Klein advises both public and privately held companies on such corporate transactions as mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings. She also assists these clients with general corporate matters, and counsels non-profit organizations on incorporation, obtaining and maintaining tax exempt status.
Before joining Foley Hoag, Erin clerked for the Honorable Martha B. Sosman of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
