Erin M. Turner is an associate in the firm�s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and will be resident in the firm�s Florham Park office.
In General. Erin earned her bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Middlebury College, in Middlebury, Vermont. She received her J.D. from William & Mary School of Law in Williamsburg, Virginia. She is a member of the Order of the Coif and served as an articles editor on the William & Mary Law Review. Erin received the Outstanding Woman Law Graduate Award from the National Association of Women Lawyers, and was a Legal Skills Scholar.
Following law school, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jerome J. Niedermeier, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the U.S. District Court, District of Vermont. Erin also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert E. Cowen, Senior Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Admissions. Erin is admitted to the bars in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Vermont, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. |
