Estera focuses her practice on complex, high-stakes litigation matters. She provides legal and factual analysis, assists in developing case strategy, and specializes in persuasive writing for dispositive litigation events, including summary judgment motions, trials and appeals. Estera has participated in major litigation matters in many areas including: lender liability, real estate, trust/probate, business, condemnation, and environmental disputes. Estera also consults with litigation and transactional attorneys regarding mediation and alternative dispute resolution strategies and procedures. Estera is a trained and experienced mediator, active in several mediation and alternative dispute resolution organizations. She is certified by the Washington Mediation Association for Business/Consumer, Labor/Employment and Construction Mediation. She volunteers with the King County Dispute Resolution Center, mediating hundreds of disputes and providing conflict resolution training and demonstrations to new mediators and business professionals. She also serves as an arbitrator under the King County Superior Court Mandatory Arbitration Rules.
