Gene has been a member of the Parente Randolph team for over 24 years. His current responsibilities include audits for several healthcare clients, including health systems, acute care and specialty hospitals, home health/hospice agencies, human service and other providers, nursing and personal care facilities, and continuing care retirement communities. Gene also manages other areas of the Firm's Healthcare Business Services practice, such as third-party cost reimbursement and other significant reimbursement matters. Gene has been extensively involved in financial feasibility studies, capital financings, corporate restructuring studies and implementation, merger transactions, managed care contract negotiations and in all other specialty aspects of the Firm's healthcare practice.

Gene earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
