Gene McMenamin is of counsel in the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Mr. McMenamin exclusively represents employers in all aspects of public construction, construction labor relations matters, employment law and labor relations matters, as well as general business litigation. Mr. McMenamin is particularly familiar with the construction, hotel/restaurant and manufacturing industries. His areas of expertise include sophisticated litigation involving issues of equal employment opportunity, pension, civil rights and collective bargaining claims. As a trial lawyer, Mr. McMenamin began his legal career in Washington, D.C., with the United States Department of Labor. He is admitted to the state bars of California, District of Columbia, and New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association, including the Labor Law Section; the Los Angeles and Orange County Bar Associations; and is counsel to numerous employer associations and California-based corporations. |
