Eugene J.M. Leone joined the firm in 1986 and is a partner in the firm\'s real estate department. Mr. Leone specializes in commercial real estate joint ventures as well as acquisitions and dispositions. His experience also includes financings, workouts and commercial leasing.
The clients he has represented include: AMLI Residential Properties Trust, Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited, Capital Associates Realty Advisors, L.P., Cinemark USA, Inc., Endowment Realty Investors, Inc., JMB Realty Corporation, Mulholland Properties, Near North Insurance Group, Oaktree Capital Management, L.L.C., Stonebridge Associates, Inc., Sanyo North America Corporation, Starwood Capital Group, Walton Street Capital, L.L.C., and Waterton Associates, LLC.
Mr. Leone received his J.D. in 1982 from George Washington University. In 1979, he received his bachelor\'s degree from Cornell University, where he majored in History and economics.
