Nia Vroustouris is a trial attorney. Her practice includes the defense of physicians, hospitals, nursing homes and other health care providers, as well as defense of manufacturers in products liability cases. Ms. Vroustouris also currently manages LeClairRyan�s Fen-Phen and Oxycontin cases. As a trial attorney, Ms. Vroustouris has managed or litigated dozens of cases in her tenure at LeClairRyan. She has taken hundreds of depositions, and has traveled nationwide to depose various experts in complex medical malpractice and products liability cases. As lead counsel, she has taken more than ten trials to verdict. She has extensive trial experience, including conducting direct and cross-examination of principal and expert witnesses. Before joining LeClair Ryan, Ms. Vroustouris clerked for the Honorable Dennis J. Smith at the Fairfax Circuit Court. Ms. Vroustouris is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association, the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, and the Defense Research Institute.
