Euripides Dalmanieras focuses his litigation practice on accounting malpractice and bankruptcy cases, as well as other complex commercial cases. His work in defense of accounting firms is extensive and includes representation of all Big Four firms in securities class actions, SEC investigations, and professional malpractice claims brought in federal and state courts throughout the United States. In bankruptcy matters Euripides has represented debtors, creditors' committees, secured creditors, debenture holders, and private equity funds involved in restructurings, workouts, liquidations, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
Other complex commercial litigation in which Euripides has been involved includes the representation of corporate clients in trademark disputes, the defense of medical malpractice actions, and the resolution of commercial lease disputes. He has also undertaken a variety of pro bono work reflecting his areas of practice focus, including representation of low-income clients in Chapter 7 bankruptcies, probate matters, and federal housing discrimination actions. As part of the practical foundation of his practice, Euripides from 1996 to 1998 was an actuarial analyst with William M. Mercer, Inc. in New York.

Represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Engage, Inc. in a Chapter 11 liquidating case which resulted in substantial dividend to general unsecured creditors
Successfully defended a Big Four accounting firm in an action brought by a hedge fund. Massachusetts Appeals Court affirmed summary judgment in favor of the accounting firm, Imprimis Investors, LLC v. KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, 69 Mass. App. Ct. 218 (2007)
Successfully defended several clients in bankruptcy avoidance actions.
Representing a national accounting firm in an action brought by a Massachusetts municipality
Advised the audit partner of a foreign affiliate of one the Big Four firms in connection with SEC investigation
Defended a Big Four firm in multi-district, securities fraud litigation
Represented a Big Four accounting firm in a Massachusetts state court action brought by one of the five largest U.S. banks
Defended private equity funds against a $40 million suit brought by the Internal Revenue Service in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware
