Eva Nase is an associate in the Global Corporate Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. She specializes in mergers & acquisitions with a particular focus on private equity transactions and equity participations including tax aspects.
Her recently published transactions include the acquisition of the H.C. Starck Group by Carlyle and Advent International from Bayer, the sale and transfer of the shares in Europe�s largest cable company Kabel Deutschland from Apax and Goldman to the other shareholder Providence, the acquisition of Cleanaway Germany from the Brambles Group and of the Henning-Group from the Henning family, each by Sulo, a jointly owned portfolio company of Apax and Blackstone, the acquisition of the majority stake in ND SatCom by SES Astra from the other shareholder Augusta Technologies AG, the sale and transfer of LKW Schiebeverdecke by Edscha, a portfolio company of Carlyle, the joint tender offer for Sola Inc. by Carl Zeiss and EQT, the sale and transfer of Oldenbourg Schulbuchverlag to Cornelsen advising the Oldenbourg family, the acquisition of Sirona by EQT including the implementation of the management participation program, the acquisition by Siemag of a 25% stake in SMS including an option to acquire the remaining 25% stake, each held by MAN, the sale and transfer of Rodenstock to Permira advising the Rodenstock family and the acquisition of Symrise (as successor of Haarmann & Reimer and Dragoco Gerberding) by EQT.
Eva Nase was born in 1974. She studied law at the universities of Bielefeld and M�nster (Dr. iur.). Before joining Milbank in April 2005, she worked for three years at P+P P�llath + Partners in their Munich office.
She speaks German and English and is admitted to the German bar. |
