Mr. Steele continued his investment banking experience at Bear Stearns, a prominent Wall Street investment banking firm, providing advice on mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt offerings to wireless telecommunication companies. A unique opportunity to reorganize and manage a booming New York City medical practice provided Mr. Steele's entrance into the healthcare industry. In 1997, facing significant problems with chart access and lacking an available, user-friendly paperless office software solution, he created SRS Chart Manager, the flagship product of SRSSoft.Since 1997, Mr. Steele's financial and technical abilities have made SRSsoft a leading paperless office solution provider in the healthcare industry.Mr. Steele earned his BS, with honors, from the State University of New York at Albany and his MBA from University of Pennsylvania�s Wharton School of Business. |
