Fahad Khalid specializes in providing turnaround consulting and crisis management services to under-performing businesses in a variety of industries. He supports engagements by constructing financial projection models, assisting with daily cash and vendor management, enhancing financial and operational controls, and performing debt restructuring, accounting and business valuation analysis. Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie & Dunleavy, Mr. Khalid was a senior in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche. He performed financial statement audits and reviewed financial and operational internal controls as part of Sarbanes Oxley compliance to private and non-private manufacturing clients including SPX Corporation, Blyth International, Meridian Rail, Mitsubishi Metal One, Crescent Cardboard Company, and Gonnella Baking Company. Mr. Khalid received his Master of Science in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association. |
