Description of Practice:
Faith is an associate in the Los Angeles office, where her practice focuses on land use law and the entitlement process. She is experienced in land use, entitlement matters, environmental review and permitting, as well as the political and public affairs process that surrounds most entitlement related legal matters.
Faith most recently established Pincus Professional Education, which provides practical legal education seminars. Faith has and continues to provide presentation skills and communication training for attorneys. Prior to forming Pincus Professional Education, Faith was an associate at Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe LLP in Los Angeles.
Educational History:
Faith received her J.D. with High Distinction, Order of the Coif from University of Iowa College of Law, her M.A. in Communication from California State University Fresno, and a B.A. from University of California, Irvine.
After graduating law school, Faith served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Oliver W. Wanger, Eastern District of California, Fresno, where she handled multiple Central Valley water related cases. |
