Farah M. Walters has been a member of our Board of Directors and Compensation Committee since May 2007. She serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of QualHealth, LLC, a healthcare consulting firm that designs healthcare delivery models. She also serves as a Director and member of the Compensation and Governance Committee and of the Financial Policy Committee for PolyOne Corporation. From 1992 until her retirement in June 2002, Ms. Walters was the President and Chief Executive Officer of University Hospitals Health System and University Hospitals of Cleveland. |
