Mr. Assari has served as a Director since 2004. He is currently a member of the Audit and Finance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.
Mr. Assari has been involved in the international investment management business for the past twenty years. He has held senior executive positions at global financial institutions such as Citibank where he was responsible for the investment management business throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is currently the managing director in Private Banking for a major financial institution in Europe. Mr. Assari received his Bachelor of Science from New York University (magna cum laude) and completed his Masters of Business Administration at The Wharton School with distinction. |
